Hey y'all!
You might remember that we had some imposter accounts popup last month. What I didn't include at the time, but is now a funny and relevant detail..I ended up spending over an hour on the phone with somebody at Meta the day that I was made aware of that.
Towards the end of about 14 failed attempts, he told me that it didn't seem like that big of an issue because nobody was trying to log in at the moment.
I asked, "isn't this kind of the biggest deal?"
He said, "well, yes."
Then we went to the logged in devices and I saw about a dozen devices that did not look familiar to me.
I was then told that removing devices might lock me out of the account since we could not, together, change my own password. Almost enough to make a grown man cry.
I guess all said and done, we didn't really dodge that bullet.
We are working to get it back, and can be found here or at x.com/oglonestar in the meantime. I've been contemplating doing a Patreon too for a while, and it might be time to give that a try. I've got a lot of cool stuff to share.
